Too bad there are not more than just five stars available to give as a rating....Carlos certainly earned several more through his relentless hard work and competitive pricing. He is extremely proficient in his efforts but more importantly, his pride shines through the work he performed on my project. It is obvious through reviewing the final results he takes pride in the fruits of his labor; I also am in awe of the results! The trim work looks GREAT! That One Carpenter, LLC should be at the very top of your consideration list....Carlos refuses to disappoint.

Carlos came out and worked in the 40 degree weather to replace some damaged deck boards. Then did an initial power washing of the en tire deck so that we would be in compliance with the village inspection. Carlos will be back in the spring to re-power wash and to stain the deck. Thank you! Keith
