Very good experience. Cynthia was very responsive and pleasant. She was quick to come out for an estimate and schedule a deep clean less than a week later. Even with inclement weather, the crew showed up on a time, and quickly went to work. I'm super happy with the results, i don't think our house has ever been this clean. I'll be using them every other month for a deep clean to tackle the floors and bathrooms.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
I met with the owners, and went over the scope of what needed to be done and received an estimate of cost. I found the staff to be very professional and thorough. The situation that they came into was not the best since I was in the process of getting my home ready to be put up for sale. I was very pleased with the extra care and attention to detail that was given to my home. My house always smelled fresh after a cleaning. My realtor even commented that the house always smelled pleasant and looked great after each cleaning. The other thing that I liked was that I could reschedule a cleaning without any drama. I will continue to use 'The Clean Team One, LLC' after moving to a new home.

Wonderful customer service! I was met by the owners, who came over to give an estimate. One of them personally came to let me know the crew was on their way. They did a thorough, deep cleaning for the first service. I'm hiring them full time.

Cynthia was very easy to coordinate with (via phone and text), accommodating on timing, and very friendly. Manuel and Maria did a super thorough, personalized clean. They took the time to ask and understand if there were specific instructions in each room, what to be extra careful with, what might be needed on a regular basis, etc. They did an exceptional soup to nuts job (took area rugs and boot tray outside to shake out, cleaned around the outside of the front door to name a few). Was very happy and highly recommend!!
