Gary is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. We have used his services for years with our businesses and personal computer needs. I love the fact that he will also explain what happened so I can improve my computer systems and make them stronger to grow with our business. Even though he is now in Florida, he can simply remote in to fix or update anything we need. Excellent service and skills.

I have been using the Computer Doctor for, I want to say at least 15 years now, and there is no one else I would trust or let touch my computer(s) except Gary! I can't tell you how many times he has helped me after a dreaded blue screen crash, or to change a keyboard out (I tend to scratch off the keys), troubleshoot issues, install anti-virus, undo all the messes Microsoft causes with their stupid updates, or to do anything technical related to my technology, including installing software, upgrades, transferring system files when I buy a new PC, etc. And, he's available literally almost all the time. Most of my calls have been early morning or late in the evening. I only trust Gary because I run 2 businesses from my PC and it's mission-critical to me. He is THE BEST!!!

Gary Slator is available at just about any time of the day to sort out computer problems. He remotes into my computer so he doesn't have to physically be in my office to fix the issue. He is in Florida and I am in Illinois. Gary is honest and very competent ....I highly recommend him.

Gary Slater has been my IT guy for 10+ years. I was a Realtor who worked from home with two computers. Gary either installed them or repaired them, and they were perfect after he finished. I highly recommend him. He comes as quickly as possible and doesn't waste time playing with the computer as my previous IT guy did so his bills were lower than the other company. Do I highly recommend him--you betcha!
