fast response after I posted. Then came out and looked over my stuff and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. didnt call the night b4 like they said they would - thats why they got 4.5 stars for customer service - but showed up at 9am with FIVE GUYS and had me loaded and the van pulled away b4 noon. Look, I could go on but Kevin's running a good shop. give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

As soon as I spoke with the owner of the moving company, Kevin, I knew it would be a good fit. Heâ s been in business over 10 or 11 years, he has a large crew and quite a few of them have been with him for over 7 or 8 years. The men he sent out to move us worked as a great team and got everything done in a timely manner. We needed two large trucks. We went from a 4 bedroom to a 6 bedroom and had already purchased new furniture for the extra rooms. It had been delivered before we could move so it was stored in the garage. Nothing was too difficult for the guys and there was a lot of extra last minute things to do. I think Kevin has trained his well because they were efficiently, quick, professional and determined to make sure the move went perfect and it did.

First of all! I wanted a mover who had a PUC License. A lot of the movers say they are licensed but they have a business license not what is required to be a moving co. I was impressed with the owner and his crew that moved us. They were diligent in the efforts to get us moved quickly, without error and they had all the necessary equipment to protect our expensive furnishings and they went out of their way to accommodate us the following day to pick up a new table and 8 chairs from Pier 1 for us without charge. I gave the crew a big tip because of the extra work they did. Kevin was very personable on the phone and takes pride in his crews. We will definitely refer our friends an co-workers whenever they need a mover. On top of all that, we had so much too move; it took over 6 hours but considering we went from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom and our garage had over 200 boxes packed and all the bikes, scooters, and other sports items that wouldnâ  t fit in even the largest of boxes. I

I chose Kevin over all the other movers I researched because. a) he is set up for small moves i.e. no high minimum number of hours. b) he answered the phone every time I reached out: accessible and to have the owner personally involved is great service. c) He went above and beyond the service by including a move to a dump within the two-hour window for which we hired him--he did not have to do that, but his goal is to exceed customer expectations and he did

Kevin was very responsive from my initial estimate calls.Ryan and carlos did a fantastic job maneuvering furniture's through small doorways in my apartment. Very well coordinated and great team work between them. They managed to complete the work much before the estimated timeframe

Chris called to let me know their previous job was done so I could meet them earlier. Chris and Steve were very professional and understood what I needed to be done. Arrived on time and finished the move earlier then expected. Chris called Kevin, the owner, who asked to speak with me. Genuinely concerned and thankful for my hiring them to do the move. Kevin communicated with me via text and email to ensure the details were perfect. Thank you again for helping me with this move, timely as it was. Carie

The men who showed up were friendly fast and professional. However, the owner is rude, argumentative and tried to charge more than quoted. I will never deal with Kevin again... too bad; he has a great crew, but he needs lessons in public relations. Never, but never call a customer pathological!

I have used Make Your Move Folsom twice and they have always done an amazing job. Kevin's price quote is a steal considering how efficient and helpful his crew is. They wrapped everything carefully so there was no scratch or damage to any of my stuff. I have not had a better response time from any other mover. Would totally recommend them!

I had their service a couple of times over the last few years, they are extremely pleasant and trustworthy to deal with. They were agile and completed their work within the time window we had agreed on. I could sense they know what they are doing by the way they work, they packed my furniture and boxes really well in their trucks that it cut-short the number of moves we had to make. Trust me, that saved some money (for me) and some time/effort (for them). I had paid them hourly, the move consumed 10mins over the time window but they were kind enough to chop it off their bill. We had good conversations during the move and I would love to hire them again.
