Write a ReviewThey did a wonderful job restoring and oiling my deck.
I contracted Outdoor Advantage to build a parking pad with roof in my backyard on October 2nd, 2020. I am going to list the issues in bullet points as they are facts. â ¢ Ricardo was introduced to me by Outdoor Advantageâ s owner Dave Ewell as his â Foremanâ but it turned out that he wasnâ t foreman or employee of Outdoor Advantage and he was the owner of â Gproâ landscaping which is a core of the issues since none of them are accepting the responsibility for issues and they pass the blame back and forth and I am caught in the middle with no answers. Not to mention that no job can be subcontracted without my consent. â ¢ The poles that are supposed to support the structure are not evenly put in the ground. In other words, if you draw lines to connect them to each other, the shape will not be a rectangle, therefore cannot support the weight of the roof. â ¢ Some of the poles do not enter the ground on a 90-degree angle which presents another risk due to uneven distribution of the weight. â ¢ When they were removing the old fence, they left a hole in my neighborâ s wall that is about 12â X12â . The wooden beams are exposed to rain and weather and will present a risk of further damage as the time goes by. They refuse to fix it. â ¢ They used smaller size gutter to save money and the connection of the old gutter to new gutter is a mismatch with gaps all around it. And since the new gutter is smaller size during the heavy rain water backs up and pours thru the gaps into the parking. â ¢ On my meeting on December 4th, 2020 with Ricardo, he said that I donâ t need worry and the structure is solid for another 10-15 years and he will give that to me writing. When I contacted him later, he said that â I should contact Dave the owner of Outdoor Advantage since I donâ t have a contract with himâ . â ¢ After more than 2 months of trying to get the warranty that they promised me on December 4th. 2020 they sent me a document on February 23, 2020 that I needed to sign before being able to review it (DocuSign). After filing a complaint, they send me something that is not a warranty signed by them. The document basically is limiting their responsibility to nothing and they want me to sign that. All of that is completely true and based on facts. I have e-mails and pictures to prove. I cannot trust this company and it is too late to say that
