Storm night b4 appt for quote, Pwr went down, contractor did show up but phone was dead from no charging so could not reach me . Called back 7 times to reschedule contractor would not return call

I do not agree that we earned a 1-star review. We called you while on our way to the appointment, and we also sent a text and email reminder about the appointment several hours earlier. Our estimator arrived on time and waited but no one came to the door. We did receive a call from you later that day but we got your voicemail again.

A very smooth experience. The owner came out on the first day that I applied and gave me an estimate within a couple of days. We agreed on a price, which was reasonable. Oscar came out at the specified time and was very nice and efficient. He did a great job and cleaned up completely. I would recommend them to everyone. A++++

It was really a very good experience. The worker, Oscar, was extremely nice and did a very good job and worked his butt off to get the job done. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to any body else.

In removing my shower popcorn ceiling and replacing it with plaster the painted walls below the ceiling were not protected. This led too white paint from the painted ceiling left on my beige shower walls. Additionally, smudging from the removal of the popcorn was on the wall and could not be removed. There were imperfections in the plastered ceiling with corner areas not fully covered by plaster. They came back to re-do the ceiling but there was a $200.00 charge to paint the shower walls. The original job was quoted at 8 hours for labor. In fact, it took 4 hours. Not good.

Absolutely fantastic! Oscar arrived on time, was extremely professional, cleaned up after himself and went above and beyond. I would recommend Patch Boys everyday of the week!
