Reviews
Write a ReviewDrywall was not sanded down or smoothed down in garage which was disappointing but overall the job got done and was paid for through insurance.
We had over 60 cracks. The Patch Boys, in particular, Rich and Mike, did a great job with an excellent attitude.
Initially, I was impressed with the owner (he stated they had been in business for over two years; one of the workers laughed when I asked him, and he replied about two months). Had to schedule over 2 weeks out. The day before they were scheduled to come, I was told they could not come because of a health issue with one of the men. had to wait another 2 weeks. The day of the appointment, the 2-man crew did not have the correct materials. The next day, five men arrived. It was a circus. It took 4 days to complete what was supposed to be a 2-day job. Upon completion, they wanted to be paid immediately. I paid. There was paint on the carpet, insulation on the floor, and furniture. I was totally disgusted.
Quick, efficient, and friendly professionals!
