Hall of Fame American Radio Broadcaster, the late Paul Harvey had a program titled "The Rest of Story" and Alex's comments fit that category but before I respond to his rating and comment please notice that I have 50 FIVE STAR RATINGS! On September 10,11,14 & 15, 2020 we performed work for Alex and at the completion of that work he signed our Job Work Order and next to his signature, it states, "Customer acknowledges the satisfactory completion of work requested:" As a follow-up to that work the homeowner called our office and spoke with me, the owner, regarding concerns and after that conversation, I sent my tech back to his home for an additional full day of work on Friday, 9/18/2020 and when my tech finished Alex gave him a $100 cash tip!
It started out repairing my brick porch, we also had them complete several other jobs with our property, everything from tree trimming, painting, garage repair and soffit and fascia repair. We could not be more impressed, when this man goes to work, HE GOES TO WORK. Wore me out just watching him. They are Highly recommended in my book. Thank You so very much for the quality workmanship. James

The Repairman was prompt, knew what he was doing, communicated well throughout the day and the end price was less than I budgeted for! Would hire again with no reservations!
The job looks like it did before then they did any work, the tiles are uneven, they are popping up, the glue is coming up, is showing between the tiles
We apologize for the adhesive manufacturer as it was defective. We were working with the manufacturer to replace the adhesive and then return to take care of her concern until the customer chose to post this rating. If you will review our 25 most recent ratings 80% of them are 4 stars or higher with 18 of them being a perfect 5 stars. If you have any questions whatsoever please call. The owner answers the phone.
Tim, the technician was professional and polite. He did a great job communicating what he was doing and why. Steve, the owner was helpful on the phone and I will be hiring them again soon!
Quick scheduling and Steve/owner was very nice, however, the quality of the drywall work was subpar at best and a project that was quoted for 1.5 days was way underestimated. Ultimately, I ended up with a drywall project half finished. Was told they could get someone out in 2.5 weeks to finish the project. I could not wait that long. Not to mention an $800 project then turned into a $1,600+ project if they would have come back to finish it. Not happy.
We apologize to Kristi for what she considers a "subpar" drywall job! This is not the type of review we have received as attested to by the previous 13 reviews and ratings - ALL 5's except two being a 4.5! (: (NOTE: Approximately 30% of our work is drywall related.) When it came to the amount of time to perform the work, Kristi told us that all the drywall would be hung (which it wasn't) by the time we got there by her relatives whom she said had hung drywall in the past. When my tech arrived the drywall that was hung was not aligned in such a way that the taping and rough coat could be installed in as efficient time as had a professional like us installed it. Had it been installed properly we could have finished the whole job in the allotted time. When the homeowner called to set up the additional time she conveyed that she was satisfied with the work and the tech who was performing the work. When Kristi asked to schedule the additional time to finish her drywall she is correct in stating that it would be "2.5 weeks" before we could return. It is because we are committed to the schedule preset for our approximate 1,500 customers and those who call us for the first time as attested to by many of the other previous ratings to this one. Kristi stated she would probably have her relatives finish the drywall because she couldn't wait that long. When I, the owner, saw this rating I was quite surprised by it based upon our conversation. Again, I apologize to Kristi for her not being completely satisfied! We hope to have the opportunity to serve her someday again and if we do I am willing to provide her a discount. --- Sincerely, The Repairman Owner.
