At first when he showed up he went straight to our water cooler and started to check it out. During the process of him checking it out he fixed it without taking the time to give me a quote before the work was done on our PRIMO water cooler. He said "There it's fixed and working great for you." I came back with "But you didn't even give me a quote before you fixed it." He said "It was just a simple little thing of a air lock and i felt no need to go through all that extra stuff. I get paid for the service call of $21.00 and that's it it needed." I said "Wow is that it" and I thanked him and paid him cash from my pocket and he gave me his card and said please call again if I ever need anything else. He was fantastic service repair guy and I recommend using him and his fantastic customer service skills. Believe me you won't go wrong I promise you that you will be satisficed with his service. If I could give him 20 stars on this survey I would because he deserves it.
