They did an amazingly beautiful job and clean up was at a minimum

Our neighbors mentioned that our home might have had hail damage Hail Damage during spring 2020; we never thought about having an inspection or filing an insurance claim. Nevertheless, we contacted four companies, one we dealt with previously in Carbondale, another well-known company in Williamson County, a third advertised a lot in our area, and finally, a company recommended by a friend and business associate. Three of the four responded to our inquiry and inspected our 7,000 sq. foot roofing job (detached garage and single family home) in Carterville. Although both my wife and I are business people, dealing with replacing a roof on our own home was new for us as well as the ins and out of personal insurance claims are processed. We received three bids; We contacted our insurance company but only one of the Contractors took the time to EXPLAIN how insurance companies derive their estimates, what they do and do not include or exclude, how their computer software can have discrepancies for roofing materials for specific tasks, labor, and so on. This Gen. Contractor, Matt Choate, THE ROOFING GUYS. not only took the time to 'educate' us but to generate a Roofing Report from Software that allowed us to submit differences in measurement, roof pitch, materials, etc. The result of THE ROOFING GUYS' efforts was an additional reimbursement that allowed us to fully replace our damaged roof and rain gutters. The ROOFING GUYS' finished (in 3-4 days of 12-14 hours of work) tearing off our old roofing and replacing it with materials as good as what was originally there or better. Their work crews were fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. They were very careful not to damage our driveway or landscaping or Solarian Sun Room. Some of our neighbors who contacted competitors earlier than we did are still waiting for their roof replacement to be done. THE ROOFING GUYS earned our business; THE ROOFING GUYS deserve yours.
