Write a ReviewThey opened up my duct vents and didn't seal them properly. My energy bill went up 10 fold due to the air escaping. Called them multiple times to complete the job and said they would call back each time.
Called them out for a regular service of my AC and to clear out my dryer filter. Expected a rather small bill, but I had never had this done before and they found issues from subcontractors the builder hired that allowed mold growth in my AC. They took video of all the issues, kept me informed as they progressed with treating everything, and sent me the videos to send to the builder. Overall, great service.
OVER CHARGE!!! They came out to help us take care of your busted pipe problem after the freeze. ripped out carped drywall and ceilings, dried out the space with dehumidifiers and blowers but charged us 7-8 thousand more than it should of cost. took advantage of the situation and and a couple of desperate new first time homeowners. They then had someone come out and quote us a re pipe for the house. 14 thousand dollars they said...we had it done for 8 thousand. Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest. They should be ashamed of them selves.
Chain and spray my home for mold and then it was recommended that my tub be pulled. But they never came back to pull my tub. They told me it was going to need to pull it until I was ready to sell it. I have respiratory problems and I needed them to fill the tub. I told her that I got no response.. so I think money is the main thing that they think about I don't like I did like the quality of their work. Cuz I'm in a home where I don't know if mold is growing as I speak. Called and asked if they would look into it and no one has ever called me back about pulling my tub now and not when I'm getting ready to move. So in order to get my tub full. I'm going to have to sell my house. Because an inspector is going to inspect it and know that it had been wet underneath my top and I need it the steamers to pull out the tub and it still hasn't happened. I would not recommend them to anyone. And it's doubt it that they did not pull the tub have not contact me about pulling the tub I have contacted them and as I stated no response. They did a mole treatment that was it and they recommended that when I get ready to sell my house I'm going to have to get my tub pulled. I asked that I ask this question how come you can't pull myself now still no answer. Inmates, since to me that when I go to sell my house I'm going to have to have the tub pool so why don't you just pull my tub down. And it would make me worry less about mold growing in my home. So no I wouldn't recommend them I had them to help me not to hinder me. The only thing that were worrying about is getting that money!
The friendliness of the staff during our discussions on cost and services played a large part in my hiring this company. The tech was incredibly friendly. This is one of those traits that makes you want to do business with a company. They came out was on a Sunday. I had them clean the vents along with the dryer vent. Everything turned out well since we had no mold or mildew. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was done. Also, he pointed out we had evidence of invaders in our attic. Ultimately I am pleased they do more than just vent cleaning so I may consider using them again.
I had my clothes dryer vent cleaned. A week later when I tried to use the dryer it no longer worked. Of course there was no way to prove the duct cleaning caused the heating element to break and the timer to stop working (the motor was fine) so I had to eat the $400 repair fee to have it fixed. The dryer was moved around and not put properly back in it's place. The dryer repairman put it back after properly coiling the air tubes an cords behind it the way it was before the duct cleaning. Now 6 months after the duct cleaning we are all having horrible allergies. I'm having another company come out and check for mold, which I never had. I wish I had left the ducts alone. I never had problems until I had The Steamers come out and clean them.
Good worker, very friendly, fast, reasonable price.
Very friendly, fast and affordable!
