The experience was fabulous! They staff were careful, professional, and worked very hard. Mark and Cara could not have been more accommodating and in tune to my timing needs. They moved antiques and a piano without a scratch. I look forward to my next move .

Great experience, Mark was always there making a stress full process seamless. We used them to pack and move, very fair price. Some of the larger agencies provided miss leading quotes. Not here.

The entire team, owners included are compassionate, professional and courteous. The arrived on time and went right to work. Our belongings arrived safely and were moved to our new residence very efficiently. No added charges, no gi.micks, no bait and switch. Just honest, hard working value for your dollar! If I had to move again, they would be my only choice!

The BEST moving experience we've EVER had! The owners are a Husband and Wife team and they are absolutely fantastic! The move was seamless and quick! They have a great team of guys that are super professional and got everything done so fast. I highly recommend Veteran Moving Company for any type of move.

I moved from Charlotte NC to West Palm Beach FL. Needing a qualified moving company I contacted The Veteran moving company. Let me just say they were very professional while taking very special care of my furniture. It took my wife and I two days to get to West Palm. When we arrived the Veteran moving company was already at my destination. I recommend Veteran moving company for anyone needing quality movers. We are so happy and will definitely use them when we find a home to purchase and move from our apartment.

Hired Mark and team to do a combo move of items from my house and my beach condo into my new beach house. Beach House has 3 stories with really tight stairs and the guys did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and hard working. I will be hiring them to move me into a rental in a few months as I am doing a major renovation on my main house. Highly recommend them for any type of move.

In dealing with this company, it was a very awful experience. It was a moving job for a fridge, there was a leaky water line that he left even though he could've done. When getting the job and my money he was pleasant and after the haphazard job, he was very rude. The price was also driven up by time he said he spent doing the job which I know for a fact he was NOT yet at the property. This was a very horrible experience. He told me never to contact him again and I had no plans on doing so. Also that the refridgerator was not rapped in plastic/Blankets as he said will do. refridgrator was moved by dolly and not refrigerator straps which Mark indicated he would use.

Lets start from the beginning, you hired me to move a refrigerator. You were in another state and not present at the time and have no idea how the move was done so stop with the lies you opened the doors to your home with electronic locks that you keep on your property for your rentals. The water to your home was off when we got there you requested I turn off the valve under the sink that connects to the refrigertor water line and i said no we do not touch water lines, I then txted you and told you DO NOT TO TURN ON THE WATER UNTIL YOU HAVE A PLUMBER COME TO YOUR HOME so I have it in writing via txt that I told you this and it is for this reason you have no leg to stand on. After we left somebody turned on the water to the home flooding it. I told you we do not touch water valves under sinks or gas lines because we are a moving company and its a huge liability. You did not listen and caused your own issue, and now post lies about my company when I refused to pay for the damage you caused when you did not take my advice. You should be ashamed for posting lies about the quality of work you received as some half baked way of getting back at me. We did exactly what you paid us to do, move a refrigerator for one address to another we did no damage to your home and acted like the professionals that we are, nothing more nothing less. and when you did not take my advice about the plumber because you did not want to pay a plumber you want to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. Also I have in writing that you paid 390.00 per the origonal agreement and I never charged you a dime more.
