I contacted The Water Man because I desperately needed my water softener to work properly. I had just rented out my house, had a contract with tenants moving in soon and then the darn thing starts acting up. I called out several other companies and the estimates were in the thousands! Fred called me immediately and was able to come out pretty quickly to assess the issue. He suggested "rebuilding" it and guaranteed his work for 1 year. I agreed and it has been working great ever since. After having a couple others barely look at the softener, suggest replacement or quote me ridiculous prices, I am confident that I made the right choice. I would definitely recommend The Water Man!!

Tye is very knowledgeable and willing to share that information with his customers. After he described their system and all they have to offer my husband and I just knew that we wouldn't be able to afford it but boy were we wrong. Their prices are beyond reasonable. We signed up on the spot and got our system installed the next day. We are very pleased with it so far.

First let me say they showed up on-time, did what they said they were going to do at a good price. 5 stars in my book. Called a couple of places before the Waterman. I wanted a water softener with an up flow valve. One local company did not know what that was. Then I talked to Tye, He knows his stuff and easy to talk to, and answers all your questions,,, Highly recommended
