I needed a complete residing, soffit, fascia, and gutters. I received bids from 4 companies. All bids were very close but I decided on the Window and Siding Source/Shamrock Construction because of wide range of product choices, financing option, product and company warranties and positive reviews from other customers and Patrick (one of the owners) was very nice and down to earth and easy to work with. Patrick came out to give the bid and I was pleased that he was no pressure. He highlighted the products he offered, explained the process and work crews which are employees and not sub-contractors(except for the gutters). They were able to start the work a couple of weeks after signing the contract. The weather cooperated so the job took just a few days. I have never experienced a work crew who starts so early and stays late to get a job completed. There were just a couple items that needed tweaking but a quick call to Patrick and everything was taken care of. Outstanding customer service! The house looks amazing and it is so much more quiet and energy efficient with the Crane board siding.

Ryan and Pat do what they say they are going to do. They check on the project as it proceeds and inquire as to whether or not you have concerns. This is very refreshing and different from most of the contractors we have used recently. I wish they did general contracting and not just windows and siding.

Quick easy estimate from Patrick, then very efficient installation by a team of two carpenters. Project was to replace walkout basement French doors. Co-owner Ryan stayed all day to supervise. No mess left behind!

We were very pleased with the window replacement from The Window and Siding Source. Both Patrick and Ryan were professional, low key (no high pressure), and the workmanship of the installers was excellent. We would definitely recommend them.

The owners are very professional and timely and the finish product is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend shamrock x-teriors for any siding project in the future.
