If I need something extra that is not included in the package we have if they can do it they are more than happy to help you out. I've been using this Cleaning Service for a year+ and have no complaints. Randal and Kym are a pleasure to have in my home, and I trust them completely. They are friendly, yet efficient. They bring all their own cleaning equipment and supplies, another plus; and they are extremely easy to schedule with as well. With previous companies, I've come home to find an occasional broken item or a table or two undusted, maybe a bathroom that was missed - this has never been the case with Zipeee Cleaning, hence the 5 stars.
