Christian, the owner, is professional, on time, informative, knowledgable, uses technology to help perform a thorough home inspection and very nice. He took the time to explain what his home inspection entails during our initial phone call. During the inspection he explained issues that he found and things that we should do to help maintain our house. He completed the report the same day. The report had a lot of pictures and detailed information. I was able to submit the report for our home warranty. We will have Christian return to inspect the fixes after they are completed by the builder. We will only have inspections by Christian. He is also a licensed electrician. We will contact him for any electrical work that we need. We highly recommend Christian!

We are in NJ and needed an inspection of a townhome we are purchasing in Florida. Christian, owner of Three-Sixty Inspections quickly responded to our search on Angie's List. We checked out several other providers, but found that Christian was the most knowledgeable and responsive we talked with. My daughter was present during the inspection, and reported to us that Christian was extremely thorough--more detailed than the inspector that she had used on her own home. We were provided with a detailed home inspection report, which uncovered several items that the seller agreed to address prior to closing. Even our realtor commented that Christian had found things that other inspectors would have missed or not reported. Purchasing a property from this far away requires a great deal of faith in the professional that's inspecting the home. We are confident that we made the right choice and would use him again if the need arises.

I engaged Three-Sixty Property Inspections for the purposes of scheduling required inspection reports obtaining property insurance on a rental property I recently purchased. I opted for the Four Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection Package. Scheduling was a breeze, everything was done on-line including contract execution (secure PDF). Christian arrived early and started taking exterior pictures, the inspections were very thorough and of high quality. My Insurance agent requested one small tweak to one of the reports.
