Tidal Rescue, LLC, is highly trained to respond immediately to repairs that can cost you more in the long run, Exterior Wood Repairs, like rotted siding, fascia, soffit, trim rot like around garages or windows. We do excellent deck, and porch repair, sand and staining, or complete new builds. While we do this work we also do custom wood work in our home office, hardscapes like firewood shelters, work benches, custom built tables from our reclaimed barnwood line. While we do insurance work water fire mold smoke cleaning from soot to cigarette odors, we clean better then anyone. Which includes exterior cleaning first like Pressure and Power washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning inside and out, power wash and clean siding and porch and decks. We also do interior cleanings for carpet, wood floors, furniture, and house cleaning. Anything that can be cleaned we can do it, anything that is wood that needs prep work or refinishing call us now. Neal came promptly and gave me a detailed written estimate. His estimate included additional work for less money than another contractors estimate. He started the work and kept us appraised ongoing so we would know his estimated completion date. He cleaned up each day and did an excellent job.He had to buy additional material to finish but the amount was small.

"We appreciate you John, it was a steep roof, but a simple fix, I brought the whole crew out to Johns house 3 trucks 7 men, I did not know exactly what we were in for. John and I spoke in Email and i think this is important, we told me what he needed in email and i asked a few detailed questions. We wrote each other 6 to 7 times, and i quoted him in email 400 to 549.00. Upon arrival and inspection mind you the first time we looked at it, the total with material was 499.00 We are an honest company and good people. We pride ourselves on not BAIT and SWITCHING CUSTOMERS its hard to give a quote over the phone or in email, or for that matter sometimes in person you never know what you might get into or what changes might have to happen. HOWEVER, our saying here is "if the customer works with us on any unforeseen extras we will always work with them". We want happy customers, a safer house, for a fair price for everyone. So John thank you for trusting the TEAM and we are glad you are happy."

Deck or Porch - Repair
Neal runs a multi-faceted company. While he was there giving me a price on my deck repair I mentioned another issue with my clothes dryer hookup. He gave me a good price and came the next day and completed both jobs. Very personable and pleasant to work with. Great employees. Quality work. I would highly recommend this company, and I will be hiring them again for a couple of future projects.

Great workers- bad owner. Bad communication skills. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend using. Owner showed up only once to price out the job. Price was good- however corners were cut to keep price down. Tried to get paid in full before job was complete. Job took much longer than it should have. Very unorganized.
