He came out, seemed like a nice guy, he said he was going to come back to complete the job, the first time he came to start the work, he forgot the ladder , then he did show up another time, but he did not do anything, he said he could not do it for some reason, but after that he is not responding.

Came and looked at what was to be done. Gave me an estimate and we agreed to an installation date. He called the morning of the installation to say he was on his way. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned all the work areas. Job well done!
