My husband and I highly recommend Top Notch-1 Construction! Our chimney has been unused for more than 20 years, as it was in much need of internal repair and a new chimney liner. Mike and his crew are extremely talented in the area of masonry. The chimney and fireplace are now full-functional and passed the town inspection (Fire Marshal) without a hitch! Thank you, Mike! You are a true professional, a talented small business owner, and a blessing! Very grateful for your going above and beyond to ensure that this project was a success. :)

Owners Mike and Claude were wonderful. Work crew was terrific. Had chimney liner replaced and chimney brick work done. Excellent value. One of the lowest estimates I got. They handle the permit which was a plus. All Top Notch 1 staff I dealt with, both in person and over the phone, were great, really great, very professional, courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions and handled any concerns. I received photos of completed chimney. I was not getting on the roof so it was wonderful to be able to see the great job they did. I felt good about placing my trust in this company and I highly recommend Top Notch 1.

I called Top-Notch 1 to have them replace the roof on my shed. While looking at the shed, Mike noticed that that roof on my house was starting to fail and that I would need a new roof. I had known I would need a new roof at some point but I wanted to wait. Mike quoted me a price for the whole job that I could live with. I really can't say enough good things about Mike and Top-Notch 1! Mike is a great guy and he really bends over backwards to make sure that the job gets done right and that you have a good experience. The job was professionally done and Mike's communication was excellent (very important to my wife)! The whole job was completed in one day. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up, we didn't have to lift a finger after they left. I highly recommend Mike and Top-Notch 1 if you need a new roof. Extremely professional all the way, very honest and great workmanship. Hire them, you won't be disappointed!

Top Notch-1 Construction is not just a name, they are truly top-notch! This company gets the job done, rain, snow, or shine. They are dependable and stand behind their work. Upon completion of installing our chimney, they came back during rainfall to inspect and to make sure we were ok. Other companies, after the job is done and check in hand, would not care to come back to inspect their work. Top Notch-1 is a different kind of company. The workers are professional, efficient and work fast. And when they leave it feels like they were never there. They clean up after themselves. They are the best! Moreover, the leader of this company is personable and friendly. He will go the extra mile to help the customer. I would definitely give them the highest rating. They are a great company.

We were able to get an appointment within one day and during a time slot that worked for us. Mike showed up on time and was great to work with, super honest about what needed to be done and about the condition of our old fireplace (which we were clueless about). Told us none of the work was urgent at all which we appreciated and gave us a fair price estimate. We will definitely be calling him again for future projects!

My experience with Top Notch1 was not as bad as it could have been. First I asked for the last appointment for the day. He was only a few minutes late and I had received a phone call letting me know he was running late due to traffic. Our meeting wet well and the price was right. We set up an appointment for the following Tuesday and the job would only take one day for my chimney repair. The crew was on time and quickly set up and got right to work. The job was going well until they came across some hidden issues. Over 40 years of water intrusion had caused the masonry around the top of the chimney to weaken and crumble two courses down. I spoke to the owner and he approved the additional work at no additional charge. The only thing it would take a few hours the next day. The end result the job got done and I can now use my fire place. The crew was great.

The owner came and gave me free estimates to do Chimney Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and fixing some roof shingles. Then, due to weather and staffing issues, they had to reschedule my work for few times. At one point, I asked them whether they are going to take care of me or do I need to look for someone else. The owner told me sorry and said he will compensate multiple rescheduling by doing my work free of charge. I trusted them and they completed all work on a scheduled day and free of cost, yes, that's true. My wait and trust in them paid off. I was happy with the work done and recommend their service.

MIke was very professional when he came to demonstrate the installation. He emphasized the service level he would provide. The installation was seamless. He brought professional staff and completed the job on-time. The gutter also required replacement, however Top Notch does not do that. Mike brought in gutter-installers and completed the job. There were some unrelated issues with leaking windows. Mike personally sealed the windows to ensure that the job was completed and followed-up. I would hire him any day for related work.

My Chimney and Liner had to be replaced, as well as my gutters cleaned. They did a Top Notch job! Mike, the owner actually cleaned my gutters himself. I'd recommend Top Notch anytime.

Mike came out to listen to what I thought I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain various options, both in work scope and materials. Scheduling was convenient. The communication between their office, Mike, and the crew was excellent, and that is post pre- and post- job. Also note Mike was very specific about the quality of the gutters as Top-Notch guarantees them.

Top Notch1 Crew was very professional, walked me through each step of the process, and got the job done in under a week. My new roof looks amazing and they put a cap on my chimney. They did not leave a mess and got the job finished in one day!

Their estimate came in at the middle range of what I was seeing. They cleaned up the property afterwards. My new roof looks great. I highly recommend Top Notch 1.

Timely, did a great job. Make sure they bring a hose for clean-up of using and windows, but otherwise they did a great job. Took care in making sure we were happy with the job, work performed but they could have done a better job cleaning up afterwards.

The Top-Notch 1 Construction crew had done a fantastic job on stuccoing the foundation of my house, completely transforming it. They were friendly, professional and very polite. They arrived on time and worked non-stop (even during the rain!) to get the job done beautifully. I am very happy with the result and will be telling all my neighbors and friends about this company!

Another job well done by Top Notch Roofing. This time they came to fix my front steps. The job was done extremely quickly and well done.

My entire front porch needed to be rebuilt. Mason work was excellent and I have received many compliments. The workers were on time and worked full days to complete the job. They were also very neat and left my porch and driveway in clean condition. Claude, the manager, ensured that everything was completed properly and even added some additional cosmetic work that was not included in the original estimate at no additional charge. This company does top quality work and are extremely customer-service oriented.

A bit more pricier than our other quotes but they had great response time and flexibility. I also liked that they used the most current materials from Owens Corning. They completely stripped down and replaced our entire roof in one day, came back the next day to finish installing new flashings, gutters and downspout and to perform cleanup. I'm a very picky client but Mike answered my never-ending questions with patience. His office admin Sandra even assisted me with registering my roof warranty with Owens Corning.
