Third time was the charm. Mike arrived early, determined the issue-hot water tank failure. He got my financing approved by Scott, obtained a new hot water tank, and installed same day. Excellent job, workers, and saved the day.

Top Notch Plumbing exchanged out my old electric water heater for a hybrid water heater. They are the only company who responded immediately. Mike was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of his progress and that I was satisfied as the job progressed; not waiting until the end when nothing could be done. He was timely and considerate. Great job. Highly recommend this company.

Quality and personable work, by Mike who knew what he was doing - which was great, because the handy man I had before was neither hand nor skilled. Mike fixed the old (newish dishwasher). He installed the new Sink, H2O filter under sink, and new garbage disposal), and did it on the same day he showed unto bid it: "I can do it now if that's what you want". They'll be my plumbers in the future.

Top Notch installed a water heater a few years ago. When it stopped working, Scott called and helped me confirm the issue was the gas was shut off (had gas furnace serviced earlier) and how to restart the water heater when the gas was turned back on. Heater working now! He could have charged me to come out and turn on the gas, but didn't take advantage of my ignorance to sell me unnecessary services. Top Notch will always be my first call for plumbing issues. Thanks again for being helpful and honest.
