I purchased a unit from this company. The installers had been drinking which I complained to the project manager about. A year and one month later the unit has stopped working as expected. The company only has a one year warranty on labor so I am out 14k unless I pay them thousands for there faulty install.

Raul from Total Air came on an emergency call early this morning. He made and installed a cap on the roof vent for our new tankless water heater. He also adjusted all of the new vents for our recent HVAC installation to improve balance in air flow. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that he did. Great professional, skilled workmanship. Thank you!!!ð ¤ ð ¤

Rating for everything is 5 stars, although customer service was above and beyond five stars-deserver 100!). Brandon took time out to explain and advise us regarding bad experience we had with a different AC contractor (YEARS after we hired Total Air for other installations), the new AC guy was hired for us through the general contractor doing work for our home. Lesson learned: hire your own contractors, don't go with who a general contractor uses. That has been a nightmare for us, hopefully over soon.

I could not be more pleased or impressed as I am with this company and it's employees. Luis was very knowledgable and always available to take my calls and answer my questions. My refridgerated air conversion was scheduled within 6 days. The workers arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. They were all very polite, attentative to my questions and their work was exceptional and very professional. They know their job and perform it well. Angel explained what he was doing and why and instructed me in the thermostat operation and how to set up the app to control it from my phone. He explained how the new register's worked and how to direct them for the best air flow. I would rate this company even higher than a 5 star!

my heating and air condition unit got installed 11-4-19 .since then it has had 2 leaks, .this company is NOT bonded as they claim to be .when there is a problem they do not fix it .they just tell you go to the BBB. You put a bad review then they have a friend put a good one. Brandon showed up at my property with his sister who is a lawyer to try to intimidate my family into settling for a patch job on my new roof that was installed 10-29-19.the inside of my property is damaged .
Response from Company:
Total Air responds quickly to reasonable customer claims. In this case, Total Air, within an hour of the first report of a leak was on site and resealing necessary roof penetrations. Thereafter, the homeowner demanded that her own roofer be allowed to reseal all roof penetrations. Total Air agreed to pay for this service. On the date the service was to be performed, the homeowner breached her agreement and demanded an entire new roof. Her roofer resealed the penetrations anyway and there has been no further report of roof leaks. This was more than a month ago. The homeowner continues to demand a new roof. While Total Air believes this demand

They ruined my brand new roof and my daughter has a underlining health issue and they do not care about that. She is allergic to mold and due to holes that are there my $35,000 project job is ruined. They are only willing to do a patch job which avoids all warranty with my contractor and my homeowners insurance will not unsure this portion of my house.
Response from Company:
An agreement to remedy the situation was reached with the homeowner for Total Air to pay the homeowners roofer and general contractor to reseal a roof penetration. Total Air drafted the check for her roofer at which time the homeowner breached the agreement and demanded a whole new roof. Total Air has a strong history of positive reviews, and we do all we can to satisfy our customers? Reasonable requests. A whole new roof for a roof penetration that was sealed is simply not a reasonable request. Nevertheless, this dispute remains open and Total Air is still seeking a reasonable solution to our customers claim.
