How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because I have a deep concern about home owners knowing all they can about a home before they commit to this large investment. My inspection philosophy includes a keeping a keen eye out for safety hazards, mainly electrical, structural, landscape and grounds, and non-level surfaces. Something about my years in the Army causes me to be on the lookout for things that may go bump in the night, or worse. My philosophy also includes three key words to which I commit myself during each inspection: Accurate, Complete, and Thorough..

We started in this industry in 2013.

We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Project: Inspect a Home
Alan Robinson (license #20643) conducted the home inspection and we are so glad we went with him. Alan was very professional, personable, kind, and thorough with this inspection. He showed us almost every inch of the home and explained in detail what if, could, and should be done in the particular area we were inspecting. He gave very useful and educated information. After our inspection, Alan emailed me, my husband, and the realtor of his report sent us a Thank you card by mail along with the inspection DVD. I highly recommend Alan Robinson for your home inspection, you wont regret it.

The inspector was thorough and found many important items I missed. The price was a bit high, but worth it.

Project: Inspect a Home
Alan should be at the top of the list for anyone needing home inspection services within 200 miles of Lockhart, Texas. We are buying a home that was built on acreage out in the country over 30 years ago. It has a swimming pool and five outbuildings. Alan inspected all of them for us on a hot summer day. He got stung by a red wasp during the inspection, but he never quit. His written report contains numerous pictures, is detailed and is easy to understand. He has my highest recommendation.

Project: Inspect a Home
Alan was very professional and detailed. He was prompt to have the inspection done and sent to me. His inspection report was very thorough. His pictures were very clear, and his explanations were easy to understand. Buying a home can be a stressful process, especially with the unknown issues that can exist, and Alan helped me find the issues so I wouldn't have any surprises in the future.

Project: Inspect a Home
Alan was super nice, and very thorough. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing, and he will tell you exactly what you need to know. I have had one other home inspection before, years ago, and it was nowhere near this detailed. The morning after his inspection we had a very thorough report in PDF format with pictures and all. I can't think of one negative thing to say. He goes above and beyond. If ever we need another inspection, or someone asks for a reference, there will be no question.

Amazing service! I have hired Alan to inspect multiple homes for me. He is the consummate professional. Thorough and knowledgeable. I would not consider making a home purchase without having him inspect it first!
