The cleaning job was fine. They accomplished what I needed however, they were a little slower than I had anticipated. A few things that bothered me- they did not arrive when I was told(1/2hour late), they brought their breakfast and ate while they cleaned. Other than that they did a nice job.
Response from Company:
The cleaning was to be done on a time basis & was new construction after renovation of her house. She was called by the cleaners that they would be 30 minutes late. Not long after the cleaners started, the owner left the job so she does not know that they ate their breakfast which they did not. She should have stayed on the job if she was concerned with the time.

I had requested a Deep Cleaning prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Evidently the owner did not communicate it with her staff. Anyway, they had missed many items needing to be cleaned, had not i gone after them and inspected i would have been left very unhappy. I sent the list to the owner and she and her daughter (one of the original cleaners) came out and spent about 6 man hours finishing the job. Afterwards i was mostly pleased with the job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I went to Brian's house, listened to what he wanted cleaned and sent him a quote. He accepted the quote & scheduled the cleaning. My cleaners came with the list of what was to be cleaned and at the end of the cleaning Brian was upset because we did not clean items that were not on the list. Some items were missed that were on the quote and we did correct them. He wanted more than he paid for.

Great service. Elyse, the owner, came over to my house before service started to give me an estimate of the cost of cleaning my house and to make sure all of my cleaning concerns were addressed (In my case, that would be pet hair). The crew of three showed up exactly when she said they would and were professional and friendly. When they left, my house looked great!

Very very pleased. Touch of Class communicated promptly, came out quickly for estimate, and arranged a deep-clean right away. The deep-cleaning was meticulous- my house has NEVER been cleaner! I'm thrilled to start regular service next week. Thank you.
