Quote for carpeting one-bedroom was extremely high. The sales agent could not tell me what carpet or pad would be installed. There was no breakdown of costs, just a ridiculously high bottom line. When I told the sales agent the price was too high and that I needed to know what I was paying for he could not. He offered to cut the price by $1,000, but still could not tell me any information about the carpet or padding. He came with no samples and stated he was given the wrong information about my installation. He said he was told that it was hardwood floor installation. I do not trust this company.
