No beating around the bush with these guys. Professional, personable, and communicated frequently if other projects got in the way and had to reschedule. I normally would be annoyed with the rescheduling but they were upfront and honest and kept me in the loop the whole time. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

They had to troubleshoot and gave me several options. They replaced the chain drive quickly. I needed help changing the batteries on the door remotes which they did. I will use them down the road for the other garage door.

We needed a new garage door opener. Andrew gave us a very clear explanation of the pros and cons of the different options. The one we chose took a couple of weeks to arrive due to supply chain problems. Andrew stayed in touch. As soon as the equipment arrived it was installed the next day. We got a second one at a very reasonable price. The work was well done and the customer service very attentive. Highly recommend this business.

Andrew arrived late both days. He worked efficiently to remove the old garage door opener and install the new. Andrew patiently explained the operation of the new exterior panel and new garage door opener. I asked Andrew to tack up the power cord which was hanging low; he said he would but didn’t. It is my fault for not double checking. Andrew even lubricated the door springs which was not part of the quoted price. I would use and recommend this company again:
