Treeium, Inc.

Treeium is a good company for big work (demo, wall treatments, floors) but really falls short when it comes to the details that make the pain of a remodel worth the expense. Many of the small elements had to be redone 2-3 times, and I'll definitely need to hire someone else to fix their missteps. On top of that, the company doesn't hold itself (or its people) accountable for knowing city code, so the homeowner ends up paying the price for adjustments that don?t meet code. If you're considering Treeium, brush up on your building code knowledge or you'll pay for it, their management certainly won't! My project manager was great, and the contractors were nice guys, but the business and corporate offices were terrible. Although their bid came in a little lower than other companies, I ended up spending another $5K in avoidable costs and weeks of waiting for them to redo mistakes?like built-in shelves that weren't level so I'd recommend passing on Treeium. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Project is not finished, but it is going well.

Works neat and clean. Remodeling was exactly what I ask. All work was complete to the detail. Guy was always on top of all activities making sure the work was complete on time and as planned. His help to finished this remodeling accurately to my desire was fabulous and precise. He always kept me in the loop and discussed the next move. I will definitely recommend him for any project....

Treeium is an outstanding company and I loved working with my project manager, Guy. I live in NY and was doing a bathroom remodel in my San Diego condo long distance. Guys communication was excellent and he handled everything for me. The workmanship was terrific - the bathroom is stunning. And my sister who lives there said his crew was very polite, very neat, and very punctual. I highly recommend Treeium, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

They completely demolish the existing countertop, bath tub and shower and put in new vanity, new countertops, electrical, new shower. All workers were neat and clean when the arrived and when they left. They always arrived when we were told they would come.

Maor has been great. His recommendations and estimates have been right on. During the bathroom remodels (2) we made several significant changes and Maor effortless worked them in and maintained the schedule. All of the work (tile, plumbing & electrical) has been perfect. The cabinets and sinks go in next and then the painting will finish everything off. We could not ask for a better experience.

It was a pleasure working with them! Charlene helped me with choosing materials, George was overseeing the work and having it all go very smoothly. Israel did a wonderful job on the tile work. I would recommend them to all my friends.
