Removed a 20+year old complete unit. Alot has changed and patience is required for a job like this. Wiring replacement, thermostat change out, refrigerant lines, and unit dimensions, all of these pose unique issues. Chris and Gabriel took the time on Father's day weekend to do all that they could to get us cool. Unfortunately parts weren't available, yet they offered to delivery cooling units to the house until parts were available on Monday. They went above and beyond in their service on this difficult installation. Would highly recommend them for any air conditioning and heating services. Price was significantly lower than the other companies we contacted and service was probably better than the others, considering the issues we experienced!

They came right away during a freeze in when all other companies were staying home or had automated messages saying they were booked 3 days out. . They didn't have the part but fixed what they could so we could have emergency heat that night and so we could stay warm until the next day. They communicated really well and were very friendly. We will absolutely use them again and recommend this family owned business to everyone.

Tri City was quick and incredibly professional. They were in constant contact and were very patient with my many questions. Iâ d recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done!
