Tri-County Property Maintenance, LLC

I have been using Tri County for 15 years. They are not the cheapest property maintenance company, but they are certainly the best. They remind me of what good customer service is supposed to be like.

Tri-County did a great job repaving our driveway. Adam explained the process clearly, as well as the schedule. The schedule was kept, and the driveway was repaved at a reasonable cost. We are very happy with the work of Tri-County.

Adam is courteous and easy to work with. He gave good advice about how to avoid flooding in our garage, advice that saved us money! He was willing to add on an extra landscaping job and freely gave his landscaping advice. The driveway and front yard look great.

I had 3 estimates. Not only did Tri County come in with a good price, Adam also explained everything thoroughly. His price included back filling a part of the property so the driveway won't fail. The other companies did not even offer that service. I would definitely recommend Tri-County Property Maintenance.

Adam was clear, straightforward and realistic about the timing and scope of the project. He even helped us save a tree that needed to be moved!

He explained why I should go with seed and walked me through the process that they would take to restore my yard to glory. I had a front yard that was nothing but dead grass and moss and my back yard was overrun with weeds and burned out sections of grass. Adam and his crew ripped everything out, aerated, put down some top soil and seeded. T
