    Easy to work with. It would be nice to see before and after pics to see the quality of work. Also, there was pet hair in some of the vents still. I feel those are part of the duct work and should have been cleaned out

    Wonderful initial call, and prompt! The appointment was scheduled through email but I never received the confirmation call I was supposed to. Thankfully it was still scheduled when I called the day of, to confirm. They arrived right on time, the work was done well and charged exactly what I had been quoted. Very happy with Tri State.

    This was a great company to work with. They were the first to respond to the home advisor and I am extremely happy I chose them. I got three estimates but John was willing to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. They were scheduled to be at my home at 8:30 am. I received a call from John letting me know they would be a little delayed. Totally appreciated that call. The two service men Carlos and Greg were awesome. They were polite, professional, had several obstacles get thorough before they could actually start but did an outstanding job. After they were done they cleaned up everything (they really didn't make any mess at all ). I would highly recommend this company and thank you to Carlos and Greg.
