great quality work by a craftsman. thorough planning of different floor levels and appliances fitting back in. good clean up after too.

Initial crew that came out to replace our bathtub drywall and tile on 11/1/17 were not professional. They arrived around 9 am or so, set up, played very loud music in the hall while we were sitting in a nearby room, and after 6 pm they stated they did not have enough tile to complete job. They said had to order more tile and would be possibly a week or more to return. Our bathroom was left with boxes of tile stacked around tub and toilet and drywall dust everywhere. They were scheduled to return on 11/6 around 9 am, but did not arrive until after 11 a.m. my husband and I heard their voices as they spoke to my daughter in garage, then they left telling my daughter they needed more supplies, never speaking to us. I waited until 3pm then I initiated a call to the business owner to find out why the disappearing act and no conversation between tile crew and us. Another crew came out on 11/8. They were very professional and quickly completed the job ( with one issue of having to call for delivery of missing tile). On 11/13 our sales rep did a walk through and we discussed issues including the mess left in bathroom ( tub had many areas of adhesive, coating type material stuck on tub as well as pencil measuring marks up to ceiling also plumbing fixtures were not put back on shower and when my husband went to do so found a trim piece missing causing us to purchase replacement) . Rep said she would send out technician to clean the material stuck to tub, this ended up being scheduled for 11/21 but was a no show? I had to call to find out why did not show leaving many calls before receiving a response— when finally rescheduled for 11/29 at 7:30 am, he did not arrive until 8:20. This company needs to work on their communication. They should keep customer apprised of any schedule changes, set proper expectations regarding schedule and be timely in returning, and initiating phone calls.

I do know having been involved in this situation personally that there were other circumstances that caused delays and issues that had nothing to do with our company. The things that were mentioned that we could do a better job will be addressed. Thank you for your input.

Matthew was great to work with. Explained the process and timeline thoroughly and was extremely patient with us making a decision. Installation team were professional and courteous. Always kept us informed of their progress. Matthew came by during the installation to ensure the quality and progress was acceptable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Trinity team. See you in the fall for tiling!!

Some of the factors that brought my rating both down & up were unique to the situation. Pros: The customer service was fantastic, especially when mistakes were made. I felt like the most important thing to the people at Trinity Flooring, was for me to be happy with both the finished job & my experience with the company as a whole. The crew that installed my carpet worked harder & faster than I've ever seen anyone work in my life. They were an absolute joy to have in my home. Cons: The only issues I had were how things were left when the job was done. My new carpet was covered with carpet shavings, long pieces of stitching shooting out from the edges of the carpet & some of the baseboards were chipped. I've never had new carpet installed, so this could very well be the norm, but cleaning up after completing the job I've paid you to do seems like a reasonable act. When I have my house painted, they don't leave the tape up when the painters finish. The carpet shavings weren't there when you arrived so they should not remain when you leave. I was surprised, if it were me, I'd want my finished product to look presentable when the customer first sees it. The same goes for the large amount of stitching sticking out all over my house. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning just in case these things aren't the industry standard. Pricing was my lowest bid & they were also able to fit me into their schedule the soonest. I would recommend them & I would hire them again.
