    I had the 3 tab shingles removed and upgraded to dimensional. The vent turbines were removed and replaced using ridge vents and the roof deck replaced where the turbines were mounted. I worked with Dale throughout the process. He made the whole process pleasant, answering all my questions. He quickly responded to all my emails. I had to have the HOA's approval prior to starting the job. He submitted all required paperwork. He was there on the day the work started to make sure all went well. I noticed the shingles were the wrong color and he had the correct ones there within 2 hours. I had several quotes and Trinity Custom came in with a fair price (not the lowest) and even threw in a couple of free upgrades. I felt good before, during and after the job. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

    This company is TOTALLY CUSTOMER centered! J. W. was professional, punctual, and extremely helpful! He took the time to explain the process between the inspection, getting the roof on, working with the insurance company, and getting paid by the insurance company. We needed a quick turnaround time for the sale of the house and they got it done! Super pleased!

    JW Sen Rep For Trinity Was Awesome. From Start To Finish He Handled Insurance And Answered All Of Our Questions. The Crew That Came Out Out To Do The Work Did An Excellent Job. They Worked Hard And Cleaned Up Afterwards. JW Was On Hand Throughout The Process To Make Sure It Was Perfect. So Glad We Called Trinity! It Just Felt Good For A Company To Really Work To Help You!     I was naturally apprehensive because the roof on our rental property needed replacement. The roofing industry gets a lot bad publicity, because of a few fly by night companies and we live 275 miles away from the property. The insurance company wouldn't recommend anyone, so I went online to Home Advisor to find someone. Fortunately for us, I found J.W. at Trinity Custom. He handled everything, including working with my uncooperative insurance company and kept me updated along the way., The job was done on-time in 1 day with upgraded shingles. He sent pictures throughout the installation process and supervised the cleanup afterward, which my tenant raved about. Believe me, if you want a roofing contractor you can trust, call J.W. at Trinity Customer. You will not be sorry.
