Write a ReviewPromises, promises. I hired Triple 7 based on their promise to schedule us the first move of the day (8:00am). Jason in Las Vegas assured us we were first in line, and gave us a window of 6:00am to 8:00am. The day before the move I had to call them to confirm, as I had not gotten a confirmation yet by late afternoon. Again, I was given a window of 6:00am to 8:00am for the following morning. Lo and behold, 8:00am came and went when I got a text from the local movers stating that they would now arrive between 9:00am and 10:00am. When they did not arrive at 10:00, I called Jason, who of course did not answer, text, or respond to my request for assistance. When I got persistent with the local mover, he told me he had to finish another job before us first. So much for any of Jasons promises so far. The movers finally arrived at 10:45, by which time we had already started the move ourselves due to sheer panic these guys might not show up at all. The local gentlemen who did the move were very nice and did a good job. However, the policy of mandatory wrapping any piece of furniture having a drawer and charging $15.00 per wrap was not explained to us beforehand. They also charged us for rolls of tape that they used while wrapping, even though we had our own tape and wrap sitting nearby. All in all, I left Jason three messages asking for help and an explanation of what was going on, none of which were answered. A simple apology and explanation for the delay would have set us at ease, and made our experience 100% better. I wouldnt be writing this if we had gotten decent customer service the day of our move. We also discovered an expensive dining room chair missing the next day, and had to call the local mover to locate it. Their reply? A very nonchalant ?Oh yeah, we have it?. Well, were you planning on letting us know anytime soon? There was no offer to deliver it - arent they the ones who forgot it? So I had to drive out to the warehouse and get it myself. I was told by the mover that someone would be there between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. At 5:00, no one was there. When I called to inquire how to get my chair, I was promised someone would be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes turned into 20, then 25, then 30. Mind you I am sitting outside a locked building in an empty warehouse district waiting for an item they forgot. Called Jason again. No answer, no help, no positive review.
The team was great! Very professional and efficient. They moved all our furniture from a 3 bedroom ranch house to our new house in 4 hours! I was very nervous about moving a baby grand piano and they explained the process whole process on how they were going to protect it and move it. Very pleased with the quality and value of the service provided.

The crew was very affiant taking care not to damage my furniture or any of the surroundings when loading the truck. I would use them again in the future .

They were great and professional. They padded and protected everything. One minor flaw is that they do not advise you that if anything is not in a box you must use them to pack it and they charge for that.
