Triple B Lock and Key

We have been in the locksmithing business since 2002. I started by helping out a friend who owned their own company. I loved the work and decided to start a company of my own. We are a 24/7 mobile locksmith in the Denver Metro area. If you need something specific, all you have to do is ask.

Pat from Triple B Lock and Key came to my rescue today! Not only was it a relief that he would be able to be on his way the moment I confirmed hiring him but after other quotes and time frames I received... hiring pat was a no-brainer!! His pricing was very competitive and super fair. The relief of immediate help was priceless as it is but I also saved some money! I would absolutely recommend Triple B to anyone in need of a locksmith in Denver. Thank you SO much Pat!

Hi hired owner Patrick Brian Borchert with Triple B Lock & Key to re-key 3 locks, which turned into 6 since both sides of the lock count as 1 each (I guess). He told me it would take 30-40 minutes but turned in to 3+ hours waiting at my rental since his new key machine was not working properly. 2 weeks later I'm getting complaints that the key is getting stuck in the door. I call the owner multiple times with messages. The owner claims he was in an accident and offered no recourse (no referral, no partial refund, nothing). When I asked if he feels this is BBB complaint worthy he told me to tell whomever I like and hung up on me. I paid $300 to have 1 key for the whole house and now have 1 key not working.
Response by Triple B Lock and Key: Keith hired me to rekey 6 locks plus two of the locks were broken and he wanted them replaced which he made me wait until he went and looked at Home Depot which took 45 which I advised him that they do not sell the locks there but he insisted on checking. Keith wanted everything for free which I did give him a huge discount including my service call and another $60 off because my duplicate key machine did not work for an extended time about 40 min. All keys were checked in every lock several times before I left job everything was working well. Keith then called me three and half weeks later and told me that one key was not working well. I told

A door latch was improperly installed, making it impossible to close the door. Triple B Locksmith did not reply to repeated requests to fix the latch. This was very disappointing, prompting me to write a negative review after a week of attempting to contact him. The reminder of the work was satisfactory, but such poor customer service is unacceptable.

Very personable. He was very efficient and even installed a new handle for me. The only issue we have is that the handle does not appear to be keyed to my house key. I will need to follow up.
