They worked very hard, and we are very clean. The problem is that I was told that the cellulose insulation that I was having done in my condo would deaden the noise from the above unit 60 to 75%.(tv, voices, snoring, etc). It is not even 10%. I am sure they are good with another type of work, but this job was misrepresented to me and very disappointing. I am still waiting for a callback weeks later. Live and learn.

We are happy that you were satisfied with our work ethic and cleanliness. We have tried to contact you a few times since we last spoke. As you had indicated, that you are sure we are good with another type of work, we had recommended a different product that may have reduced the sound a little more and you had decided not to choose it due to its higher price. We did a great job with what we were working with and fully dense-packed between your ceiling and your upstairs neighbor. How the condo was initially constructed is a factor, as well as how loud your neighbors are. Without taking the ceiling down, we did the next best thing. I really wish that you no longer were able to hear your loud neighbors and that your noise reduction was higher than it is. It's difficult to put a percentage on how much quieter someone or something will be as it is a subjective experience. I hope you enjoyed dinner out on us as a token of our appreciation that you chose Triple H. We are confident that another insulation company would have performed the same service if removing the ceiling was not an option and your budget stayed the same. Thank you.
