Very expensive. The installer paid little attention to detail. Sprinkler cable hit while digging post hole and I was not notified, very visible and I noticed it the night after he dug the hole. He came back the next day and set the post without mentioning the cable. He also dumped the plastic hardware packaging inside the post instead of taking it to the trash. The post insert was installed incorrectly, had to call the company to have the installer fix it and still only fixed it partway.

They really don't know what they are doing and it was impossible to make them understand why I was not happy.

This company asks a fair value cost and skims on the quality of the product and pays one individual to do the work of three people. Not efficient nor professional in follow-up. Poor quality product and performance.

I have hired them twice. At first the owner and crew were right on top of things. Tore out old fence, drilled and mounted posts and then built the entire fence the following day, including a couple gates. The larger gate was damaged and I had Derrick come back to fix it as well as install a cedar fence around a patio, a swell as a dog run in chain link. but as they installed the gate again, they cut too much off the lower pickets and left a huge gap on the gate. He then tried to fix it with another "decorative" board, which quickly fell off. His latch system he built for the gate also began to fail. I made contact with him and he was planning on fixing it and I never heard from him again. He has not called me back after numerous phones calls. I was happy to pay for his time, but I heard nothing ever again!

Only thing i didnt like is that they only went down 18” instead of 24, but we will see how it holds up. Very professional, and when i had questions they were answered quickly and honestly.

Trueline did a very good job building a wood fence with wire. One person built the fence and it probably would have been beneficial to have two people here on the job. I had to ask them to come back to tighten some of the wire. Here again, perhaps two people could have pulled the wire tighter. They also built a new gate and replaced one old gate and pickets in the front. I would hire them again.

Estimator gave us a quote (seemed reasonable but on the high end) based on a crew doing the job in two days so as to not interfere so much with our home business. Crew showed up on time first day (Friday) scheduled and tore out our old fence. Left about noon to work on another job. This affects our neighbors on both sides. All of us have dogs and back up to an alley so there is lots of exposure. No communication as to when they would be back. Showed up about noon the second day and worked a couple of hours digging and setting about 1/3 of the posts. Then skipped Sunday. Monday, showed up about 11:30 am just as we began work with clients and worked until 4 pm. Tuesday, ended up being here about 9:30 am and finished all but one gate and one back section because they had to leave to go to another job. Wednesday, finished about noon. Owner and scheduler not always unavailable to talk with and never returned calls. Finished job came out pretty nice, though there is quite a lot of stuff to clean up. Business seems to have problems with help and communication.

Initially I was very impressed by Derek, prompt to the first meeting .Pricing was very competitive. He was willing to work in our timeline as we were anxious to keep our new dog safe. Did no notify the Locator Co in time to meet schedule, then we never saw him again, he had a foreman do the job. First, they left a large gap by the gate and had to fill it with a 4x4 (wood) not attractive. then personnel problems (not his fault) so they took an extra day . They left a 2 foot gap on the corner, large enough for our dog to get through, when I sent Derek photos he said we would have to buy a full panel because the leftovers went to another project. My daughter brought this to their attention while they had all of the supplies here but they did nothing. We feel they took advantage of our age. We paid them when we took their word it was complete. Should have checked it out first! I feel they could have found one of the remnants and fixed the problems.

The crew did a great job on the fence. I would recommend walking the fence line when done to ensure everything is complete and cleaned up. Even with that being said, I would hire Trueline Fence Company in a minute if I had any fencing issues.

It was a real pleasure to work with this company. They deliver a great finished product and the work crew was excellent. I couldn’t believe how fast and meticulous they were. I will definitely hire them again.

Work was quality and timely.

Be patient when there's bad weather. I was upset at first since job did not get done on the day we had scheduled but he worked around his schedule and made it happen. I am glad I waited for them.

The first attempt by a solo worker wasn't done per contract and sloppy picket alignment that were nailed and not screwed. The second attempt corrected it.
