Very accommodating with scheduling and worked with me in accord with my wants and expectations from beginning to end. They were also very clear about pricing, timing and services. Tim and Alyssa were wonderful to work with. They make a great team. Alyssa handled the scheduling of the tub resurfacing and Tim did a very high quality job. Tim showed up when he said he was going to and is very easy to talk with when I voiced concerns prior to the project beginning. Not only did he resurface the tub beautifully, he also repaired cracks in the tub surround shelving so I didn t have to replace the walls around the tub. I would highly recommend Tim and would not hesitate one bit to hire him again if the need arises in the future.

I was very happy about my experience with them. They answered all my questions and explained the process. They arrived on time and took care to cover the surrounding areas. Tim had another gentleman with him who was being trained (an added bonus because you know it wasn't going to be any kind of rush job). My yellow tub is now white and looks like new. I would certainly use them again.

tub and tile masters performed a refinish on a tub and surround. I reside in California and the work needed was on a property located in Boston. When work is needed, geography presents a challenge and have had mixed results with contractors over the years. As this was my first interaction with them was not sure what to expect.. ALL communication, coordination and quality of the job was of the HIGHEST level. I am very pleased with the result and will both continue to use their service and recommend to others

Tim is very detail-oriented,and very thorough. Our tub was a particularly challenging job because of it's age and superior finish. It required many more hours of work than the typical job. Tim completed the job without complaint - and without an increased fee. He's very professional, and works unobtrusively. Out bathrroom looks fantastic! TIm did an outstanding job on my tub. He was on time, answered any question that I had and got the job done. Further, he did not leave a mess behind. The only thing that I wish I knew up front was that I would need to re-caulk and re-paint my bathroom. That said, I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Tim.

Lisa and Tim were great! I love my new shower. From the moment Tim came over to give me an estimate I knew I wanted him to do the job. He seemed to know more about what I wanted than anyone else did. He even helped me fix my vacuum cleaner. He just went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

You get a good vibe about him from the start & his estimate bears that out. We had Tim replace our tub, toilet & sink in the bathroom & couldn't be happier. i can't say enough about the great service and workmanship that Tim provided. Tim was the consummate professional. He was extremely responsive, accommodating and diligent in his work. When he noticed a problem we had with our sink - which was not what we had contracted him to work on - Tim obtained the parts and did the necessary work to resolve this issue ... and refused to accept any additional money for doing so. Needless to say, my wife and I were totally pleased with the final results !!!!
