What a great company, went the extra mile, made sure I was well taken care of. The work is beautiful. Outstanding, wonderful job, my tub looks brand new.

The company does not make on site visits for quotes. It is done by phone, texting photos and quotes. The first application was awful and full of gritty paricles. I complained and the owner called and said they would redo. At NO time was I told there would not be a smooth surface. Owner came to check with different worker for redo. Told me he would return for the application. Never did. It's too much money for the poor quality and lack of direct, honest communication. It is somewhat improved from first mess, but not the smooth surface like photos the scheduler sent to me. Extremely disappointed.

Walter the tech was able to remove decades old caulk completely and refinished thew tub nicely. I had to leave right afterwards so I'll have to see how it looks after it's dry, but I have no complaints.
