    When I first met Ryan to give me an estimate for central air and heat I found him to be courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't rush me into making a decision and took the time to explain everything. When it came time for him to install the AC he did it in a timely manner and was very professional. I would recommend Tugwell Mechanical to anyone. I could not be happier.

    This was an excellent experience. Very efficient and knowledgeable technician who immediately identified my problem. Fixed it quickly without trying to run out the clock. Then he checked out my other two units and topped up the freon in both, still within the hourly charge I was paying. He explained everything he was doing and got my permission to add the freon. Very nice guy - very easy to talk with. This was just great. I am thinking of having this company on contract to regularly service my three units. Hire them!

    Awesome. He cleans up, he is very professional , prompt. Will fit himself in as needed. He will come in an emergency, just excellent work at anytime.
