My oriental carpet had a bad case of moth infestation. The rug was picked up promptly, but one of the workers moved a cookie jar that was not on the rug onto the rug, and then knocked it over and chipped it while rolling the rug up. When the rug was returned after being cleaned, I found a live worm on the rug as it was being rolled out! They were apologetic and took it back to be cleaned it again. The rug is much cleaner now, but I still saw a few moths on the carpet later so some larva must have remained.
