The project I had to do was stressful and overwhelming but Richard was flexible with the time for the dumpster drop off and pick up. He also provided a worker to help load the dumpster and Matt was extremely efficient. I can't believe how much work he did! He went above and beyond by helping me take furniture apart so that we could move it from room to room. I really can't say enough about how grateful I am to have used this service,

The kind of service I received from Rich is the kind of service I would expect if I was at a Mercedes dealership. You can expect world class service from him. He was always eager to go "the extra mile" and always offered a lending hand. I called him several times over a 2 day period, and he answered his cell phone every single time. USA Hauling contacted me promptly and quickly, delivered my dump trailer the same day we made contact. In that, the removal price was the same as he quoted me over the phone once he arrived to my house, unlike the other service provider that also made immediate contact with me and was only interested in the company names of who else called me back and then gave me a price of $150 to $175.00 over the phone then once he arrived quoted me as he put it" a great deal at $875.00 "for the same job that USA also quoted and stuck with his original bid to me of $100.00

I liked his price and the fact he would come within the next hour. So, I have my two units hauled away and I am happy
