    They were very polite, professional and quick. The sales guy, I forgot his name was very nice. I did call him back with concerns after I had other estimates come back and I didnâ t appreciate his tone or the fact that he said I signed a contract with USA. I guess he doesnâ t read the fine print because legally I have 7 business days to cancel the contract. There was some things that were found they he didnâ t address, and he tried to tell me those things are needed for ventilation. I did not like his tone or attitude about it. The day of my installation, I addressed those issues with Roberto and he handled those items !!! Roberto is what made this rating go to a 5. The price that I was given was unbeatable!! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed.
