Failure to execute. Rushed over the very first day to give a quote. Gave me a start date of June 6 or 7, 2019. Upon receipt of written quote, scope of project was vague, so I requested a new written quote with details. All apologies, I waited 3 days for that. June 6th came and went. Patiently i looked forward to Friday, June 7th. When no one showed up or called, I called the owner and again, all apologies and a promise to be at my home the next day, by 8:30. At 9:30 this morning ( 1 hour late) my husband called and left a message that if he didn't receive a callback, Ulster Property Services need not show up at all. There was no call back. At 10:24AM a person drove up and dropped off a piece of equipment and told my husband more equipment was coming. That person drove off with someone else. An hour later, another person dropped off some equipment on the side of the road out front, made no contact with us and drove off. That is the last we've seen or heard of anyone from Ulster Property Services. I guess they feel that if they drop some equipment on our property, THEY have secured the job when THEY feel like doing it. Not happening What a disappointment

The company uses a snow blower which is more efficient and easier on your driveway. They also shovel walkways upon request. They re great! One morning I had to drive for Boston in a terrible storm and they had been to my home before 4:30 am! It was such a relief!
