I highly recommend Ultra Developers Inc. Ultra Developers Inc just completed installing new decking and support structure for the outdoor second story elevated walkway between our home and the guest room. My wife and I are extremely happy with the project from beginning thru completion. Quality, Honest, Hard-Working, Dedicated, Conscientious, and Efficient is how Ultra Developers Inc handled my project. The company owner, Kenny, responded promptly to my request for estimate. Kenny was clear and honest in his communications. The construction team arrived on time and was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The work area was cleaner at the end of the work day, than it was when they arrived in the morning. Every part of the project went smoothly, and makes it easy for me to recommend Ultra Developers Inc. If you need any construction work done around the house, call Ultra Developers Inc.

Kenny and his crew (Chris, Austin, and Connor) did a phenomenal job on our 300sqft ground level Trex deck; They installed all new pressure treated framing and Trex deck boards w/ cocktail rail. Kenny was quick to provide a quote, meet in person, procure all the material, and finish in a timely manner with great results. Kenny was very flexible with our plan since we did have some changes mid build and he was able to accommodate for us. He also answered all of my questions and concerns during the build which is a true testament of his expertise and knowledge when it comes to matters of construction. If you are looking to install a deck, Kenny and crew are the guys to do it. Thank you Kenny for all the great work, my family and I will enjoy the deck for many years to come.

Ultra Developers were great! Kenny, Chris and Chris showed up on time everyday, did a wonderful job and my home looks beautiful. They were also the friendliest contractors I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them.

Kenny and his team of Chris1 and Chris2 were absolutely outstanding. From the start of the project Kenny provided us with a detailed timeline and a great explanation of the material choices. We needed and old wooden deck replaced but didn't know exactly what we wanted - only that it be Trex so we wouldn't have to touch it again. Turns out we were in good hands with Kenny. He came up with a great design and stayed within our budget!
