When I originally called to schedule the service appointment, we discussed the problem and I checked a few things on the malfunctioning unit per Grief's suggestion. This narrowed the range of repair options and Grief was able to obtain and bring the right parts to fix the problem in one visit. Thanks!

Arrived on time. Checked oven performance and checked availability of parts. Control unit for the oven no longer available. Offered to order thermostat replacement but could not guarantee it would fix the oven. Recommended we replace the Oven.
