My experience with Boston Unique Indoor Comfort was okay. They were prompt. The pricing for their services was not necessarily transparent and for a simple fix I ended up paying more than expected. Rather than using each job as a way to extract maximal from customers it would be more farsighted to earn a customers' trust by not gouging. $150 per hour x 3 hours for something that in my opinion should have been addressed within 20 minutes by an experienced technician.

Contractor missed initial appointment and arranging subsequent time required a few calls. Technician sent out seemed uncertain of his assessment, and was quite unhelpful with making judgments on what we needed to make our system functional.
