I wish I could rate United residential Contractors more than five stars!!! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy general contracting company, look no further, URC is the best in biz! I doubt there are many honest and trustworthy GC companies like URC. URC recently finished building our home addition (three levels out and up/about 3000 sf) and renovating/remodeling our existing house. This was a huge project - think of it as building a new house- . Simply put, they are amazing to work with despite the difficulties that came with this big project and the fact that I am a very picky customer. They explain everything upfront in as much detail as you want. They are professional, accommodating, and patient as I continued to tweak and change many things in the project- They are very creative and never run out of ideas and options to choose from. I am very pleased with both the experience and the finished product. Last but not least, URC offers no interest financing, thing I haven't seen nor heard of before in the GC biz!

We had a large addition built above garage that included reconfiguring the inside is the original rooms. URC came highly recommended by a friend. They worked with us to keep the cost of the project within our budget, and maintain quality work and a beautiful outcome. Cheers to our a project manager Mo for holding our hand throughout, and fielding all our requests as the project closes out. We would hire them again and have referred them to several friends, a few who have already started their own jobs with URC!

I worked with the team for several months. Including design, construction and finishing our home. Throughout the project Moe the PM monitored and kept us updated on ongoing construction and different contractor team visits. If delays occurred he kept us abreast of timelines and adjustments as they occurred. The design team made recommendations to construction work to enhance the look and feel of our home. Like any project not all things go perfectly. In those instances the team communicated effectively and kept the project moving. Overall the team was professional, courteous and a lot of fun to be around. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

The design was wonderful, very creative. The workers were all amazing, hard working, did a fantastic work. Easy to have in our home. The addition was done while we were home and they were all very considerate. The project is amazing and we love this company. It is everything we expected and more! The owner was great to work with and the project manager kept us up to date with everything and kept us in the loop daily. He was very thorough and detail oriented. This team knows how the navigate the permitting process which also helped move things along. The final project is beautiful and spacious. It is even more the I imagined and completed our dreams for our home!! I highly recommend United Residential Contractors!!!! We are telling all of our neighbors about them!!!

I canâ t say enough good stuff about United Residential Contractors. We planned to add a fourth bedroom to our home to accommodate the needs of our working from home and our three growing children. URC added an ownerâ s suite addition to our home and helped us remodel and existing den and run -down bonus room to add an office and full bathroom. We started the project with another contractor and were not satisfied with how things were progressing. I posted on HomeAdvisor that we were looking for a contractor to execute existing drawing. Aiman, the owner, reached out immediately. He made me feel very comfortable from the get-go and assured me that the project would be in good hands with he and Mo, his project manager. We are now just putting the finishing touches on our renovation, and I am happy to report that it was an excellent decision! It was a big and overwhelming undertaking, but Mo was so helpful throughout the entire process. He was diligent at explaining the process, keeping us within a budget when choosing finishingâ s, coordinating work schedules and deliveries, and offering design advice. He was always available when I had a question or any concerns. The workers were lovely, arrived on time and left the site clean at the end of the day. We did have some challenges along the way, which is to be expected with any large undertaking, but Aiman and Mo were great at figuring out solutions to keep the project running smoothly. We are already planning to remodel or kitchen and dining area with URC in future. I highly recommend United Residential Contractors for any home renovation projectâ you will not be disappointed.

We recommend United Residential Builders with 5-stars! Their professionalism, creative design and quality of work were outstanding. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!

By the highest standards -- the leadership, the workers, the outcome, all are best summarized with the word QUALITY ! Attention to detail and craftsmanship were the hallmarks to provide the end results that underpin my 5-star feedback. My single recommendation is -- hire this team if you want the best.
