Shawn at Universal Exterminating is a top notch professional. I first called to tell him about our problem of small bugs in the bathtub. He came a few days later to try to flush them out and said that he would check in with me a day or two later to see if the bugs came back. They did and Shawn came back twice (at no charge since I paid for the first visit) to try different techniques to get rid of the bugs. Each time, he texted me the next day to follow-up. While Shawn was able to get the bug problem down from its peak, unfortunately, the bugs did not go away, not because he didn't try, but because there were small holes in the wall that needed to be plugged. On one of his visits, Shawn even brought the silicon sealant to do some of it himself, and I did more on my own. In the end, after consulting with the owner of the company, it was decided that Universal Exterminating would refund my money for the first visit since they weren't able to get rid of the bugs. How many companies can you say would do that? Can't recommend Shawn and Universal Exterminating enough.

I cannot say enough about Shawn, he visited only 15 minutes after we initially spoke and from then on was responsive, informative and an absolute pleasure to work with. Since we weren't sure what the pest was at first he put out humane traps and visited every other day or when I contacted him. Then, when we discovered what the actual wildlife was, he quickly changed course and took action. In the end, problem solved and of course, will not hesitate to call again for any pest issues we have in the future. Thank you, Shawn!

I would recommend this company highly. I had a mouse infestation. David came over and went over my house with a fine tooth comb. He closed up every nook and cranny to keep the mice out. We haven t seen a mouse since! David was completely thorough, professional and respectful. Sean followed up to make sure the job was done properly. I will be using them to conquer the cave crickets in my basement.
