Reviews
Write a ReviewI am glad Home Advisor has the appropriate half-star rating. I made the mistake of hiring this train wreck. He might have been good once but now between the dementia fugue and the narcissist inability to admit wrong, keep this single-ringed circus pitched elsewhere. Four months off the original start date, he filled my yard with pallets of the wrong material despite calling me six times because he forgot or left the list in his other truck. Then his crew ran out on him. Turns out he does not actually possess a crew. He subcontracts Mexicans who push him around and leave you the customer high and dry because he pays them before starting your project, leaving them zero incentive to do a good job or even make a good show of starting. Do not expect anyone to show up before noon or stay after 4 pm. Expect to find Kirk McFadden lazing under one of your trees if he stays on the project at all. He was constantly leaving the site to go to the pharmacy, looking for his lost car keys which leads to him asking you the customer to drive him to the Home Depot with your personal vehicle to get extra materials he can not remember he already purchased. All the while his vehicle is parked on your lawn. The excuses were endless and nonsensical. Adherence to common protocol was absent despite the dozens of hours sitting down with the crew and Kirk multiple times during the 4 months of preparation to break ground. Needless to say, I was happy to see him finally leave, my small project still incomplete. A year later, my grass is still dead where his materials parked from late summer through the end of fall. He overcharges and underdelivers. Watch him because he orders extra supplies so he can run up the expenses and then take the material with him to use on other projects. He uses prison labor, ex-drug addicts and other vulnerables he can take advantage of. He does not actually have employee expenses; it all goes into his fat pocket. This lazy s* has no excuses.
On time and professional. Did a great job. It was more than I thought it would be. But they were less than the other. So I havenâ t had work done so now I know better.
Kirk and his associates were very friendly and they did a great job with my landscaping. They even let my dog hang out with them while they did the job!
I would not hire them they did a terrible job. It was not worth the money. Called them to come back and fix but they didnt . So I found someone else
Personal and professional in all aspects, however the work performed was the first time Kirk and his crew had ever attempted such a task. A bit of working out the bugs and determining how best to approach the project had to be developed. Overall, the project works as desired.
Kirk handled many of my yard needs; snow removal, tree trimming and a large landscaping project. Always first, professional and excellent work.
Took them an awfully long time to come out - missed several days they said they would come but didn't, but once they came were good and fast. Cleaned up afterwards which I appreciated.
Kirk was friendly, responsive and very helpful. We gave Kirk and his team and deadline which they met and exceeded expectations. Would use them again for any fence or landscaping job.
Kirk and his crew came when they said they would and worked hard throughout two days to finish the project in a timely manner. The fences look beautiful.
The company was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner. I was very happy with their work.
