My experience was absolutely awful. It took the repairman five trips to my house to complete the repair. And after he left instead of a squeaky dryer no longer squeaking, my dryer seized up and will not work at all. I went from an annoying sound to a non-functional appliance. He misdiagnosed it three times at the tune of $225 and in the end my dryer is now broken and I have nothing to show for it.

Difficult to get a hold of. First time they came out it didn't get fixed. After some time of radio silence, they did get back to fix it though.

They should have a disclaimer indicating that they may not be able to fix the item on their initial visit. I had fully expected my dryer to be fixed the first day, not having to wait another 2 weeks.

He was very knowledgeable! He was experienced enough to diagnose my problem and only had to re-calibrate the temperature. The service charge was a little high but i feel very comfortable with the service i received.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
