Extremely disappointed. The project seemed straight forward and was going well until the last day. The crew arrived early and I was not home so they decided it was okay and appropriate to enter the house through a window to start working. When I asked them to stop so I could walk through the house and see the progress they did not. They made it so I was not able to enter the house since I could not walk on the floors. The next day when the floors were dry I found that there was stain all over the walls in every room (all that I just paid to have painted...) as well as a broken paddle to my ceiling fan and a hole in one of the walls. They also spilled some kind of chemical on my driveway causing damage. I notified the owner Carlos Rossi and he said he would follow up when he returned from vacation. It has now been multiple weeks without anything. I do not recommend this company. There must be others who are more professional and responsive.

Carlos always showed up early. He gave stain color options and applied them to small areas to see how they would look. The floors look beautiful.

Carlos came out immediately and gave me a fair estimate for the work that had to be done. My house with the exception of two rooms is all hardwood floors, so this was very important to us that we picked someone who knew what they were doing. His crew was amazing, friendly, showed up on time, and did anything I asked them to do. Carlos also stopped by periodically to oversee the job. The floors came out AMAZING! We couldnâ  t be happier and we would highly recommend them! These guys are professional and they know what they are doing. Attention to detail is very important and they did just that!

Part of the job was good but they completely botched one of the rooms and when they came back to fix it, they only made it worse. You can see stroke marks on the floor and it didn't look like a pro did the work. I asked for a receipt and never got one. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. The owner never came to see the problem area and the workers refused to admit that they messed up my floor. Update 5/2022: Carlos, the owner, called and asked for a chance to correct the problem. I agreed and he personally came out to make sure job was done right. Success! Should've been done right the first time but he showed good faith by returning which is more than I can say for a lot of contractors who are nowhere to be found if there is a problem. They showed up on time, receipt in hand and I am finally happy with ALL the flooring work they did.
